I have access to a tune but need the hardware to flash it.

I can either borrow/rent the necessary equipment and pay fpr to/from shipping or meet up with someone local to the Pittsburgh PA area to flash the car.

Also, if you have a super quick turnaround time, I could ship or deliver the ECU if that is an option.
