Im trying to data log a MKIV and i keep getting this. Can someone help me understand what i am missing?

Also tried to pull his file and am not able to get his file either.

Okay, Thanks for the input. We are trying to get him away from Eurodyne to be honest and looking to bring in a different tuner that is more a flash tune. The original tuner that tuned it is not available any longer and of course he was never given the file and things arent really adding up. Looks like we are gonna flash tune it but the way its looking it will likely need a new ECU!

Connect using 0x00 protocol. sometimes the validation fails because of the 5 byte validation ( or something like that, i forgot.) is not correct(0x4 code). I can only connnect using 0x00 and its stock ecu with ch340.

pull the cluster fuse and it will log.  MKIV's are bitches to log with the cluster
