yea, sorry this is a known issue. It doesn't make shortcuts or anything, it just quietly installs itself.

I wasn't looking for a shortcut, the program simply wasn't there until the third attempt. It did a "repair" after the second install so maybe something didn't configure properly until the third install. One more reason why so many folks prefer Win 7 over Win 10. Cry
