LOL what did I tell you about keeping it shut when you don't know WTF you are on about?

All ME7.1 2.7TT 29F800BB are crossflashable.
Can be any S4/RS4/A6 ECU apart from newer ME7.1.1 A6 versions.
There are about 20 part numbers that will fit.

Doesn't matter Bosch or Hitachi, you can cross flash them all the same.

The hell you are on about ? I said use a flash or anything that has the most support aka damos etc available. I dont care if its crossflashed, bought stock or whatever, I just said use the logical ecu/bin/flash whatever.

jesus christ , if you have a wish to pick fights with members do it with somebody else please , What I said has little to do with what you said, or you need to severely rethink your attitude it seems. ffs

Unbelievable for such a "respected" tuner on this forum.

Lmao.

LOUD NOISES

guys relax
this has all been helpful and reasonable info. Personally i did not know all the me7.1 2.7 ecu's can be crossflashed. i found a spare A box in my trunk that had a normal 800bb chip on the board and i flashed a m box file and recoded cluster to iirc 1027 and now i have a tach and no powertrain errors.
no need to try and rip each other a new one bois
thank you all for the support. i will most likely be needing more as i will make a new topic about deleting a pcode unless i find one already posted

btw here is what the inside of my h box looked like i assume this is from a company or is it stock??

No. You can't flash over it unless you desolder and put in a normal flash.

You should have started with looking at the ECU first before doing anything.
