Hi guys,
Today I tried to calibrate boost pid with k03-k04-064 hybrid turbo. I set CWMDAPP to 8 and KFLDRAPP to 10 20 30 etc. DC, but I get no reaction. I see set DC during logging but boost seems to be the same on 0% and even 95% DC(like 0.7-0.8bar). The clicking noise from n75 can be heard too(so it works). Leak test done, vcds showed P1200(n239 malfuction) which I've already fixed, n75 checked. If I disconnect n75 from actuator, turbo boosts about 1.2 bar so WG should be OK. I logged with me7logger but I dont have logs anymore, but as far as I remember: Throttle angle 100%, Overboost condition 0, stft ~4%, knock 0 degree. I run out of ideas now. Does anybody came across similiar problem?

Post your log, and if I understand you correctly, you say have 0.8 bar boost at 0% WDC?

Mechanical problem, if you disconnect hose from actuator it should go to 2 bar+, not just 1.2 bar.

well i let the gas after it went 1.2 bar because of afraid of damaging it, n75 is connected correctly. WG actuator crack pressure is 0.6 bar, no leaks, all hoses clean, no holdups inside. I really dont know what is happening. this actuator breaks laws of physics.. Car now is like 300kms away from me (paint job ) so I can't log it now.

You have 0.8 bar boost when your WDC is 0%?

Yes, rapp 0 dc or n75 plug disconnected, then it boosts 0.7-0.8 bar. With rapp set to 80 or even 95% its still the same boost like with 0dc. Oh, I forgot. It"s 1.8t AWU new beetle with ecu 032hj flashed with 032bj.

Your wg is stuck wide open or you have a massive intake restriction
What about wg line physically disconnected?

How you can hear clickin noise on N75? During engine running, or you test it with vcds? In normal operation, even on dyno with hood wide open I don't think you can hear when N75 is clicking.

With WG line disconnected turbo starts boosting normally (i think, sounds like starting jet ), but I'm afraid of breaking it so when I got 1.2 bar I let the pedal. Intake is 2,75" with 550x140x65 fmic (isn't that too short?). When I get the car back I will take dp off and check wastegate tightness. How you can hear clickin noise on N75? During engine running, or you test it with vcds? In normal operation, even on dyno with hood wide open I don't think you can hear when N75 is clicking.
With RAPP set to 80%, also with 0% PED, you can hear clicking even on idle. Also in new beetle n75 is almost behind your steering wheel.
