Hello, i am new here and i have a problem with the camshaft-adjuster of my 1.8t
Sorry for my bad english.
My question is: Can i deactivate the camshaft-adjuster with nefmoto, because an exchange engine without the adjuster was built in my audi and now is the engine control lamp on?
(The original engine was the ARY and now is the AJQ build in)
Hope someone can help me Smiley

Why not swap the vvt tensioner over too ? Anyway yes you can code it out but not with nefmoto, you need to edit your flash.

Thanks for the answer! Grin
Can I retrofit the camshaft adjuster on an AJQ cylinder head without changing the camshafts of the ARY?
Are the camshafts and cylinder head of ARY and AJQ the same, so that the camshaft adjuster also fits the AJQ?
