Having had a Giac chip installed on the S4 while completely stock (1st mod), what adjustments would I be looking into making (ecu wise) after adding a full exhaust, with test pipes, and darintake?

If you are running test pipes, you will want to disable the cat efficiency codes.
Other than that, you really need to datalog the car in order to determine what it is doing before changing anything.
