single turbo 2.7, 85mm MAF, 630cc inj, m-box

I am trying to figure out how to get the motor to only read from one sensor.  Even with just one sensor and the two inputs being emmulated by the LC-1, I am still getting two very different readings for the banks at idle and cruise.  WOT they line right up.  Usually the difference form the two banks almost negate each other, i.e. +6% B1 and -8% B2.  Block 032 is also showing a + 2.x% for b1 and -9.x% b2.

I know the banks arent exactly the same, but since my sensor is after the turbo in my single turbo downpipe, it really isnt making any sense as to why the banks are being trimmed seperately like that.

Help?

I just looked at the logs I have posted in the projects forum and verified the O2 voltages.  They seem to be pretty close B1 vs. B2.  There has to be something else that is causing the banks to read different on 001 Lambda.
