Wanted to see if anyone could help me out to figure out what this bucking is at wot. It just started happening out of the blue as far as i can tell.
Now ive read about armd intervention causing issues like this but im wondering if it might have something to do with the fact that im in a 00 s4 with a a-box running a m-box file with 5120 hack flashed over it. Or Could it have something to do with "asr" from mbox being that abox doesnt have any traction control? Any help would be appreciated because mt car was running so nice until this started happening

It has the 5120 hack or hit has the parameters to do the hack? Did you change your map sensor to fit the file?

I copied all nyet's values from 5120 hack 3bar file over to my map yes and Im using a bosch 3bar. I thibk when i first installed the 3bar i used nyet's actual 5120 map posted on neft and the bucking never happened but i was dealing with a different issue so wasnt a good reference to trouble shoot

I’d do some logging and try to figure out what’s going on.

My guess would be accel pedal potentiometer(s), if this is a new issue that started out of the blue.

I doubt it is ARMD/ASR.

Log pedal position to make sure.

Also, you'd see a code.

Would that be due to the sensor on the accel pedal or something i need to modify in the file?  i did get a accel code a few times a couple weeks ago but it hasnt been back so i wasnt sweating it. I have a spare accel pedal if need be

potentiometer(s) in the accel pedal.

Definitely not something you want to modify in your file.

I think you were right. Accel pedal isnt logging anything. Can i use a accel pedal from a 02 in my 00? And will swapping pedals fix that problem?

Yes I believe those are swappable. I could be wrong though, might want to check with a p/n vin checker.

Ok check that. I swapped and am now logging accel but it still doing it. Feels almost like rapid wastegate opening closing and sounds like it too
