Thanks. I'm literally reworking all of the VCDS code now, so this is timely. Thanks for the sample logs.

https://github.com/nyetwurk/ecuxplot/issues/126 is the existing bug

Thank you for your time and work you put into the project.

The newest 1.2.1 is unable to handle vcds logs with extended measurement blocks.
The latest 1.0.5 i had installed could handle it.

I is unable to read the header and i dont have any X or Y Axis Data.

example attached

What makes things worse is this is german, not english. Its a huge problem because it doubles the number of VCDS variants i have to support.

Thank you for the quick fix

The rail pressure in mbar has psi instead of hpa as axis description.
Same for the boost pressure actual (mbar).
The differential pressure from the dpf is 17hpa in the first log value but negative 14 something psi plotted.
There is also no 2nd variable with (mbar) for the differential pressure dpf.
Ladedrucksteller Ansteuerung is basically wastegate duty cycle and belongs into the boost submenu.

I like the idea to sort the vcds logs into the submenus/categories.
But with all the calculated zero/nonexisting boost variables its kind of hard to pick.
And basen on the various variables from vcds its a war you cant win i think.

Dont know if its a cool idea to turn the submenus/categories on and off for vcds logs via an option?

thank you very much nyet

Yea i had to decide on a "standardized" set of units when comparing lots of different log files and adding conversion axes. I will make a metric setting eventually

I don't know how to fix this. In general all hpa are absolute, and psi is relative. If PSI is the "standard" unit it means differential hpa will always end up weird.

That's odd. There should be a mbar conversion for it.

Easy enough to fix

Doable but now you've given me a half a dozen things to fix and i have a few other severe bugs i need to fix first Sad
