Ill try my best to help you out here. You CAN use non matching eeprom and flash with med9.1 as long as you keep the string of bits starting at 006C00. Check out this old thread http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=9746.0title=
^^ That covers the whole explanation of what's involved with that.
Attached is the a matching flash and immo offed eeprom for the 8P0907115AP. I found a matching flash / eeprom from the thread that I linked above. Then I found an original 8P0907115AP on this forum using the search option... copied the 006C00 section over from the matching flash to the 8P0907115AP flash. Also, I immo offed the eeprom using the "med9 eeprom tool" http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=5833.0;attach=13281
^^ found on this forum. So now you have a custom built flash and eeprom, all from shared info on this forum. You may need to use vcds or other vag tool to edit the long coding for the correct trans, region, and other variant info.

If you are in the market for a tune and would like the ease of downloading and flashing a dyno tested tune for a fair price check out https://instatune.sellfy.store/
