Hi, my friend has problem with his 1.6 FSI - NOx heater fault. I want disable diagnostic it by switch CDHNOHK and CDHNOHKE to 0 but i don't know if engine will work bad (bad mixture) at cold start, but ecu won't know about malfunction and NOx may give incorrect info to the ECU.

Also I can switch off error class CLAHNOHK and CLAHNOHKE and then all NOx system will disabled, but if is the same like in ME7, LTFT not work while fault is disabled by CLA. I'm right or wrong?

What is better way in this case - disabling CD or CLA?

NOx is too expensive for replacement.

Did you find if CLA or CD was better in this case?
