Hi,

i have just made some tests with a VR6 M3.8.1 ECU.
I know i can resize maf to keep below 12.75ms

is it possible to fix to max value 12.75mx load?
i mean if we get more than this maximum limit it will start from 0 which is no load.

many thanks

It is impossible due to the limitation of the internal representation of the load value as an 8-bit value.

But you don't need increase this limit if you want to use bigger MAF.
Change to bigger injectors will eliminate this limitation.
Read about M3.8 operation theory.
The formula describing the process of the ideal dosage of fuel which is the basis of the mathematical model of the engine in M3.8
The result of this formula decided to call the "engine load".

Tl = Q / (N * K),

Where:

Tl - engine load in ms of ideal injection time,
Q - air consumption in kg / hour,
N - the crankshaft rotation speed in rpm,
K - a constant in inverse proportion that describes how many milliseconds an injection nozzle opens for every kg / h of air for every revolution per minute
is required that the ratio of air mass to gasoline mass will be 14.7
