Boost Pressure Desired (plsol) decreases

Hello friends, maybe anyone have idea why my boost pressure desired (plsol) decreases to 5500rpm and then slowly increases.

Any idea ?
My load (rlmx,rlmax,rlsol also ldrlts) icreases with rpm but my boost desired decreases after 4000rpm . No knock retard, iat 9'C , what can cut my desired boost after 4000rpm ?
