Need help change immo data in 24c32 vag s3 cluster

Hello. I wanna update my cluster to newer one with different eeprom. Anyone can add my immo data ( in pic ) to this cluster eeprom my svci don't connect to it so need do manually. if anyone can help would be great. I can get service mode and read write eeprom using xtool but with x tool can't change immo data only service mode and read write. Thanks. P.s. if needed I have this eeropm immo data is well
