I have a 04 b5.5 passat with a awm and 8E0909018A ecu. Im getting memory layouts errors trying to read the bin off the ecu. It will start to read then a relay clicks in the car followed by all shift points hilighted (P to 1), then the read errors out. I tryed all the layouts and get the same outcome.

Used the Galletto in the sticky and edited the executable, now have one cable to rule them all. It worked with out issue with the ecu in boot mode, I was too uncerten about the bin I found. The bin I did find was a exact match to the one pulled, best to be safe than up some creak without a paddle. Thanks again for advice and in standing that will not have to freat over the chance of bricking this ecu, I would assum.
