Hi all. Somebody can help me with an information PLEASE!
i want to buy this injectors 0280158235
They are specified in some places as 714cc and in other stores as 500g/min n-heptane
It is the same thing 500g/min with 714cc?
I found some convertors on internet and there they said 1g.min = 1cc. So i'm very desoriented. Many thanks in advance!

Thanks Nyet. I made a conversion and i think i made ok after internet conversions
1lb/hr =10.499cc
1lb/hr = 7.55987g/min
7.56g/min is aproximatly 10.50cc/min
so
500g/min si aproximatly after my calculation 695cc

After WIKI
1 cc/min = 0.685 g/min
714cc = 489g/min

All online stores put 714cc as description
My calculation is wrong or they put as description a fake value.

Thanks again in advance!

No problem, i should really add the 0280-158-235 to that page.

I dont have a reliable datasheet for it though.

I didn't double check your calcs but they seem reasonable

Hi.
I put the new injectors and drive 2 days with old
tvub
1.5760   1.1040   0.9413   0.8373   0.7600
and
krkte = 0.060
Car starts ok , running ok
ltft after 30 km goes from -0.8 to -7.6
I adjust today the krkte to 0.044 after nyet formula.
Please tell me the temin and teminva for 730cc must be 0.71 or 0.60?
With 550cc i was running with 0.30 temin and temin va but i read the bosch injector migration topic and i saw there you said 0.6 will be good
I found in the same topic a table with 750cc bosh calibration. I think i can use for my 731cc the same values as 750 decreased very very few.
i will try
tvub
1.6987   1.2000   0.9307   0.7307   0.6693

for bigger injectors tvub values must be higher than a small injectors?

thanks in advance

tested new setup for my new 731cc at 3 bar
old setup from 550cc 3 bar tested on these 731 - start ok running ok  ltft -8 , too much fuel on engine brake (rev)
krkte =0.60
temin and teminva 0.3
tvub 1.5760   1.1040   0.9413   0.8373   0.7600

new setup used table from topic "bosch injector migration" little decreased : "START is very bad , after no difference
krkte =0.445
temin and teminva 0.5
tvub 1.6987   1.2000   0.9307   0.7307   0.6693
i think i must have higher TVUB values for 731xx than 550cc, so the bosh table is bad

any advices please

cold start vs warm start is wall wetting, not TVUB, not temin

Thanks Nyet.
What temin is accurete for 731cc, i don't find any specification for them.
I wrote to BOSCH and they told me they not have specifications. VERY NICE!
With old injectors 550cc i had 95% duty and with these new 731cc have 80% duty at 1.5 bar but with my maf at the limit.
