I have BWA engine with stock K03, actually I 1.2bar peak boost and 0.8bar at 6200RPM. I have 2 questions, what is max safe boost for this turbo? (DP included), does anyone have example of conversion load to boost? (like in 1.8t)

Safe boost depends on what hardware you have (intake, downpipe, high pressure pump). The K03 will drop below 1bar at ~5800rpm even with the N75 flat out.
The load > boost conversion should be disregarded. Too many people take it for gospel and then complain that their expected boost isn't right. Motronic works on requested load for a reason - boost isn't everything.
