BMW BOSCH 5.2.1 no K-line?
« on: May 10, 2020, 11:58:02 AM »
It is not VW but maybe someone could help me.
BMW E38 with M62B44 engine. End of 1997 year.
It use DME 5.2.1 and it is strange that in engine wiring there is no K-line. Acording to shematic it schould be in pin 3 on first connector. But there is no wire.
I try to put in wire there and connect it to OBD2 plug. But still cant comunicate with ECU. No response on MPPS v16
Does anybody have some idea, can I trace K-line on ECU PCB?
