Hello

I build my Audi A3 3.2 turbo

I removed SAI, vacuum reservar uder the intake for the intake flap, and for exhaust flap and the evap.

On the car are 650cc injectors and stock returnless fuel sistem. 4 bar fpr
Rs4 maf housing with stock maf sensor

The car has problems to start. I must press the throttle or it won't start and when it starts you can smell the fuel

When it's idleing it's running rough and lambda is about 0.82, and of course you can smell the fuel on the exhaust

And one more problem is stft and ltft on chanel 32 are not working. They are stuck on 0

Has somebody a idea or a solution for this? I tried everything i could think of..
Please point me to the right direction

Thanks

have you actually tuned the car? maf scaling is all wrong as so is injector  scaling if you didnt tune it. also you cant just unplug components and keep fuel trims without proper project configuration and end staging configuration.

Yes, the car is tuned
And of course i didn't just plug everything off. It is turned off in the map

But somewhere is a problem, and i can't find it so I'm asking if someone can help me and point me in the right direction

Find a tuner in your country or pay someone who will do it remotely.

Ok
The problem is I did pay a tuning company for the tune, and you can see the tune in the first post
And the biggest problem is that it's a well known tuning company

I did find time to compare my stock file with the "turbo" tune that I paid
And yes.. i see that that KRKTE is modified, TVUB is stock.. FKKVS is modified..

The company agreed to return the money..

Is there somebody willing to help to make a base tune so the car can fire up and move out of the garage?
Thanks

you need more then help, thats not a tune you get help with youll need someone to make a tune for you. na ecus have no concept of boost or know what to do with it. also you have a dsg that will need to be tuned for torque limit and clamping pressure. fwiw there may be like 3-5 people on this forum that could make that car run proper. if you want a tune that can get the car " in and out of the garage" as you say take the mlhfm frm the file that your maf housing is from. look up your injectors for your proper dead times and put that info in tvub. krkte is calculated injection time. figure out your % of increase of injector size and remove that % from the stock value in krkte. dont forget to take base fuel pressure into account when doing your injector calculation. if you look on the forum 2-3 other guys have started threads on dsg vr6 turbo builds. in the past ive tossed a few bones to help them out. if you can make use of the info more power to you.

3.2 turbo with DSG is a pain in the ass to get right first time, even for those of us who have been at it for many years as a day job.
If you want to DYI I would get an Ecumaster PnP, and pay someone for a proper DSG tune. It's gonna be much cheaper/easier for you that way.

I don't think anyone who knows their stuff will custom tune a such combo for less than 1.5k or so.

Even this is a miracle unless the tuner has already done a dozen cars like it. The upfront investment required to properly add FI to a given NA ecu properly is gigantic.

Thank you for the effort
I will do exactly what you suggested

The only problem is dual lambda to mono. I did read everything on the forum about it but it's to complicated for a beginner

Is there somebody willing to do that on my stock file? Of course not for free

I hate to say it but your plan was ill advised from the start. You should have done a lot more research before starting this project.
