Few questions.
My (Cayenne) VR6 has stock MAF housing that has inner diameter of ~77mm. Measurement maxes out at around 291g/s (1050kg/h).
I'm about to replace it with stock MAF from MAN/Scania that is Bosch 0281002421, with inner diameter measuring ~82mm. These were only 5 euros a pop NEW and they should be good for 333g/s (1200kg/h) which is just what i need.
Here comes my confusion. This document says
https://www.finjector.com/documents/4dd379ac5240b/0281002421.pdf it flow's up to 1200kg/h. This document
https://members.rennlist.com/jandreas/Bosch%20HFM5%20Sensors.pdf says it only flows up to 1000kg/h. I'm confused about what MAF + sensor combination VR6 actually is using, it cant be 0280218008 because that is without temp sensor. Or maybe temp sensor is unrelevant here and it still matches.
My goal here is to pop in my new MAN/Scania MAF and do needed adjustments for MLHFM (and other tables), but i have no clue what data to put in there. Probably easiest thing to do would be to find bin for car that actually uses 0281002421 and get values from there. Maybe someone could help out and tell me what cars would use it, i don't see Scania bins laying around...
So, what would you do?
