Hey,
I'm facing with boost loosing in my octavia. It has stage 1 done by myself.
The problem is boost drops always in 5600-6200RPM, higher gear, more loose I feel Sad. I tried to add some LDRXN and KFMIRL. (All LDRXN are the same. KFLDHBN is increased too. I'm gonna to post logs from VCDS .csv files 003-115-34 ( i wanted to know temp.) and 115-118-230. Does anybody know what can it be? Maybe I missed something.

Inlet Air - Stock.
K03 - Stock
Downpipe 3" catless.

As far as I know my turbo has rupture near WG flap, but may it make loosing boost always in the same RPM's?
Regards!

BTW. This is how boost drop look like: (115-118 group).

I have forgotten to add this additional info:
- PCV Delete kit is applied
- DV replaced (nothing changed)

Anybody help? I know those maps look terrible, but I just want to remove this boost loose in 5600-6200RPM. Sad
I can do another logs, but I need to know which one and what soft use to do it (me7logger?)

Can you log engine load?

Of course, done: (boost drop starts at ca 5600RPM and still to 6200 as I can see by MAF)

I have this car since one year and I have tuned it about one year ago and after I've applied modification I have this boost issue, it's time to fix it Wink, on stock soft I didn't have drops, acutally drop is still above stock power, maybe thats why it didn't dropped at stock.
I'll do the logs that you say today/tonigt and post it asap.
BTW. Load request, only Load specified I found was in the 114 group I posted it as jpg, but there is .csv:
(because I did logs on the highway I had to cut some unnecessary cells in log)

Your problem is marked in the picture. It's fuel system issue.
Lambda control value 25% leads to the fact that after waiting for about a second, the unit activates the protection of the motor components.
There may be wear on the cam of the high-pressure fuel pump drive or the cam follower cap. A frequent phenomenon on this motor after a run of approx. 80000 km

On the 06F , timing belt tfsi's with the early style follower it should be replaced after every 2 oil changes to be safe or even with every oil change(15-20k km), or do full conversion to later style pump follower and required parts.

Great info guys! I only logged fuel pressure, that was great always, I didn't know about this measure block and this variable, thanks!
Cam follower I have replaced when I bought the car, it's like about 12000-13000 KM ago, so follower shloud be ok (when I have applied tune the cam follower was new).
I didn't replaced yet fuel filter, may it be filter or fuel pump in tank?

You requesting Lambda 0.72 at this moment. I am not a tfsi expert but this is rich...

Fuelfilter can be replaced independently. Take care of your car not only when its tuned.
You can log low pressure fuel pump aswell, should be block103.

If you think that everything is mechanical OK, then make a log of the phases of turning on and off the HDP valve.
And look at the degrees delta between them in the mode when the L-control intervention begins.

It should be group 140, right? There is quantity valve open and close angle, fuel pressure and valve's control status.

Well, my knowledge is for sure worse than yours, I just wanted to make it safe, but you have totally right, maybe I should run it between 0.78-0.85 (0.82 best)?

What do you expect from the old K03 turbo? It cannot handle much more boost. Anyway injectors are tiny too and you do not have much time for injection. Maybe you can make a little bit more rail pressure, but you need to make engine rich because turbo is tiny. Best solution is to replace turbo and injectors Grin 0.82 is too lean with K03.
