Hi,
How do I get a file to flash my car to a stage 2 or higher? Is there a link to download, do I need to find someone to pay them? I'm a total noob!

Either pay somone to do it for you, or learn it for yourself,
if you want to do it yourself read the s4wiki and the nefmoto Wiki first, when questions come uo use the search function or ask specific questions.
