Getting my injectors dialed in and with my scanner hooked up driving at very low loads IE decelerating with light throttle input its goes lean, with. If you drive the car normally LTFT are always around +/- 2% however if you are going down a long straight road with cruise control on sometimes I hit +25% and it goes into limp mode then it idles terribly since the trims are out, if I wind it out the trims come back down to normal and problem goes away, I can always replicate it by driving 80km/h and varying the pedal input where I start slowing down but am still on the gas. I've played with kfkhfm and fkkvs in the low load areas so I don't get +25 ltft anymore but it still goes lean and I want to fix this the proper way.
Car is 04 A4 2.7t swap running mbox, k04s, xspower y pipe I measured at 83mm. Modded Bosch 550s flowing 750cc, running 4 bar fuel pressure reg, walbro 450, 3-2.5 downpipes
Maf scaled by 1.29, krkte .03774. tvub based off middle ground between the 55-60 psi numbers on the 750cc injector sheet posted in the migration thread. temin is just under half of stock. the lowest I've seen mean injection time is 1.36ms when driving with the scanner hooked up while it goes lean.
If I do need to increase temin how is mean injection time calculated? is the very lowest ontime tvub plus temin?
Thanks!
The car idles with very little correction at idle so I think my tvub is ok however I'm still learning and want to fix this right. My gut tells me at that pulse width the injectors aren't linear enough and I need to increase my temin but before I do that I want to ask.
