Greetings from Poland!

I have A4 b5 1.8T AEB with electronics with AWT ME 7.5, SAAB 2.3T injectors, intercooler 550x180x65, 2.75 ”downpipe, silicone tip, hybrid turbine k03 with rotor k04-023. I have a problem with the car tuning: the boost is very strong boost 1.7 bar (I have a depo clock, racing boost, oil pressure, oil temperature) goes down to 1.1 before cut off, but the car does not go as it should.

Basemap S3 BAM 8N0906018BH scaled MAF.

I tried to tune in various ways, I put a graph from the dynamometer, made with a small hole in the intake. At this point, the tightness is checked up to 2 bar.

I have always logged with VCDS, for a few days I have learned to log with ME7logger, but unfortunately I cannot interpret the results yet.
Could I count on help in fine-tuning my maps? Maybe I have a torque intervention of 2800-4000 rpm, can't see it?
The car runs on PB98 and LPG.

Thanks.

What do you mean it does not go like it should? You have 278 hp and 300 + nm, with ko3 housing with a ko4 compressor wheel I am guessing, what more do you want , that is a very respectable power level for this build.

278KM I would like that, but it is not achievable on this K03. I'd like to get closer to 240-250 hp. The chart shows 207.8KM but with a small hole in the intake and an intake temperature of 80 degrees Celsius. On the road I have a maximum of 50. At the moment there is more real than on the chart, but slightly.

Sorry my bad read it as kw instead of KM. I cannot take a look at logs yet but indeed that seems a bit low, but just remember that your turbo is not a fullsized ko4(probably) so keep your expectations real. Also fix the damn hole in intake. Also are you running 1.7 bar without 5120 ?

The inlet is repaired, it is already tight, checked with a compressor under a pressure of 2 bar.
I work without 5120 - I have never done it, this is my private car that I am trying to tune for myself. I am an amateur.
At 1.7 bar in boost, the fuel at WOT is correct, but I would ask for a log analysis, because such a boost should have a lot more torque, and the effect is that the turbo pumps and the car does not want to go, only then from 3200rpm. I must have done something wrong.
The turbine was supposed to be enough for 250 HP, but soon I will rebuild the middle original silencer for a straight straight through, because I have a serial exhaust pipe bend of 90 degrees + 180 degrees.
