if you did immo off, it is normal that the immo led is blinking
if the keys are incapacitated

pin dash is probably 03485

If your ecus immo off you wont be able to adapt immo. Need to reenable it

I did like u said and it really didnt help. ECU can't match with cluster. However I can start key adaption now, but key icon blinks forever and it cant finish successfully.

the old ecu was immo2 , the new one is immo3

I think the easiest way is to go back to ori cluster file ( before any tries of adaptation imho or keys ) - and immo off ecu

In my tries never got able to adapt a cluster that was originally in a immo2 car like yours ( in spite of that they seem to be prepared for immo3 but lack something in software )

I have an idea to try adapt it manually by editing epproms , but you will need new transponders ( of course you can try on old ones)  you should send me your VIN
