So.. I am trying to find/create maps for my 06a906302mt mk4 2.0 bin using a 1.8t 06a906032hs file. I am using tuner pro and beyond and compare. In tuner pro I have the stock 06a906032hs 1.8t file and a loaded xdf for it. I have attached 2 pictures. First one being a screenshot from the program beyond and compare with a 1.8t file on the left side and a stock 2.0 file on the right side with KRKTE's hex address from tuner pro (0x1CD52) outlined, second being a screenshot from a YouTube example on "how to make a xdf file for 1.8t" that I found on here, YouTube user AUTO ELECTRON.
Tuner pro has the hs 1.8t bin and xdf loaded, with a map that id like to add to my 2.0 xdf(for example KRKTE - Fuel conversion factor) so I can see the hex address's.
In the program Beyond and Compare with the 1.8t (left) and 2.0 (right) there is a difference in each value... my question is, is it ok to continue with following the rest of the video and finish creating my first map? even though the address's have a difference in the value? Im only asking this because in the video example the guys values where the same and didn't have a difference, mine do.
Feel free to roast me I am just a learning noob trying to make a xdf for my turbo'd mk4 2.0 so I can attempt to tune it in...
