Bootmode memory type

How do i know what bootmode memory type to pick? From what i understand 95040 is 512 and 95080 is 1024 does that relate to F800 and F800BB?

eeprom is an entirely different chip from the flash.

That makes sense. How would I know when to select a different memory type for eeprom?
