Hi guys. Need help with DSLOFS and DSLGRAD sensor map. The sensor number is 0 281 002 437. I tried to calculate using the formula I got DSLGRAD 657.77 and DSLOFS -54.4075, but the ECU gives an error on the sensor test when the engine starts. Who can check if I calculated correctly, maybe I found the wrong sensor readings

It depends to which ecu you work. Give exact ecu identfiers.

Bosch me1.5.5
For 0 281 002 437 sensor in ME1.5/ME7.5/MED9.1 ecus. DSUGRAD = (3000 hPa - 200 hPa)/(4.65 V - 0.4 V) = 658.8 hPa/V DSUOFS = 200 hPa - (0.4 V * 658.8 hPa/V) = - 63.5 hPa

And according to my values it could give an error?

I trust more what is written in the official Bosch datasheet. Or your sensor is thrid party fake analog...

I have a Bosch sensor. Do I need to change UADPUMX in the original I have 4.9804V

And the voltage is exactly correct for you (4.65 V - 0.4 V). I personally see min. typ. max. Lower limit UA min V 0.25 0.3 0.35 Upper limit UA max V 4.75 4.8 4.85

What is the relationship between min / max output voltage limits of the sensor and calibration curve points? Different things.

I thought that the sensor was calibrated according to these parameters, here is the formula by which I did

The same formulae as i give above. But max/min voltages in this formulae is edge points of linearization curve, not limits. Minvoltage [0.4V] > Lower limit UA min V 0.25 0.3 0.35 Maxvoltage [4.65] < Upper limit UA max V 4.75 4.8 4.85
