2003 cayenne help please

My instrument cluster is showing no trip count anymore, instead just flashes the mileage and then flashes error?

I have a dump from the cluster, can anyone help me with this problem?

I have since found that there is a def error, does anyone near Nottinghamshire have DejaVu or other software to repair corrupt dash?
