hello i swapped enginer from passat 1.8t to audi 80 quattro. i have many error codes in ECU. I try change coding ecu from 7551 to 7511(from trip to man), but this not change. Is it possible to change this code ? I remowed cat,2nd oxygen, pump air and leak pump. VCDS-Lite Version: Release 1.2

From head: DC and CG are wideband 1024 kb ECUs.
You need to add ECM relay in harnes and the wires for wideband
Yes imoo off is needed beacuse they are immo 3 and your ecu is immo 2

Well i believe that the 512kb 1.8t b chassis files are ether auto or manual. i dont believe they hold variant coding for manual if auto. the proper way to get this working in my opino would first find a manual file, that will get rid of the tcu codes. You really should have the primary lambda installed. as far as the other error codes use prokon (project configuration) bits to configure your setup and eskonf (end staging) table to remove open circuit codes from removed hardware |

Thanks for answer my question I have only first 02 the proper way to get this working in my opino would first find a manual file, So i must find bin file from ecu who work with manual gearbox? In this bin file i change eskonf to off rear 02 and relay sai pump Did i good this ?(first time i do this whit help s4wiki ) and sorry for my questions but i reading about this only a few days |

Use 4B0906018BG as base firmware, recode to 7501 and switch off all unnesesary options (second O2S, cat eff, SAI, EVAP Leak) It's first stage of work. At the second stage, you will have to solve questions about the incompatibility of the firmware with the ABS (vehicle speed sensor) and airbag. |

and thank you for help with change coding i installed your bin file and succesfully change coding
In last " boost "bin i changed map KFMIRL,LDRXNZK,LDRXN. Must i change injector map now?Could it work that map ?

No ECM relay also, but his ECU have it. He can try but I don't know will that work For airbag dtc CWCS=0 For instrument cluster dtc CW_CAN_R=0 For EPC,MIL,rear O2, and EVAP. Code them out in eskonf, it is all covered in S4 wiki |

Missing Message from Instrument Cluster
If you see "18058 - Powertrain Data Bus: Missing Message from Instrument Cluster", and adjusting cluster adaptation channel 60 doesn't fix it:
CW_CAN_R (0x12C7A and 0x12C7C) - CAN receive enable
For the M-box:
12C7A (applicable for softcoding 06611) 32--->0
12C7C (applicable for softcoding 06711) 36--->4 (Don't just 0 this or you remove ABS/ESP module reception from the ecu)
For the L-box you can't 0 these or you'll kill CAN reception/timeout monitoring for the TCU as well. Instead:
12C7A (applicable for softcoding 06651) 35--->3
12C7C (applicable for softcoding 06751) 37--->7
This will ensure CAN monitoring is still active for the TCU and ABS, but kill P1650 when running M or L-box software in the earlier Bosch equipped cars[57]
You should only need this for older clusters that can't be fixed by recoding them (i.e. they do not have CAN, only k-line). but 0x12C7A and 0x12C7C in this location a have kfped who know where is it(how find it) and change or maybe sombody have map pack richer than mine |
