It useful for stage 1. I'm not sure about LAMFA.
And I can't find KFMLDMX and the following maps:

CDHSH
CDHSHE
CDLSH
CDLASH
CDLSHV
CLAHSH
CLAHSHE
CLRHK
CLRHKA
CLALSH
It would be great, if someone helps me to find it:)

I have no idea why some files seem not to have KFMLDMN (maybe located elsewhere?); but MX in your file is 16bit 9 by 8 map and starting address is at 1CC6A
