Hello, I'm a beginner in tuning, many things are black magic for me, I need help with my tuning, I think I should add the 180 column in KFMIOP but I'm not sure. If I'm right, I don't know how to do it. I'm from Poland, I make soft for my own car I am temporarily trapped at home for quarantine so I will upload and log when finished.

I do not know completely how to make kfmiop take a parameter above 160, I understand that you should modify the xdf file and bin, maybe someone who knows about it and it is a walk in the park for him would do it for me, I would be grateful.

I don't know how to do it, but I try to add a 12th column, the whole map loses sense and the 12th column is 0.

What you are trying is impossible without ASM changes, and arguably also useless. If you want to do this you need to change axis data, not add axises that's not how any of this works.
You are now overwriting the map next to KFMIOP and NOT KFMIOP.
Learn a little bit of how these binaries work, view them in hexadecimal and it will start to make sense.

True, I have absolutely no idea, I know what to put in column 12, but I don't know how to create it.

You can't, you rescale the axis.
