hi, I would like to learn how to access, read & write to the CFC231, 201 and 221 series of transmission controllers.  and also how to understand what the code is actually doing.  if you are an expert in this area, then of course I will pay you for your time.

thanks,
s

Is there really nobody that has this ability?  Or nobody has the desire to help?  Just trying to understand.

Hi! Thanks for your reply.  I have not opened it yet, but based on other TCUs of this same part number that I've seen open, yes it has that chip.  Will I need to remove it?

Before removing it you could check what processor it has.
If it is a C166 variant, then there is nothing special to loading a bootstrap loader into it.
