Hello. Me7.9.10 GrandePunto T-jet 120 km. I would like to talk about the conversion of the original sensors (2500 mbar) to the most powerful versions of this engine, that is (3000 mbar), someone managed to tune this driver to work with a higher range Huh

There are 3 gradient maps... Dsdgrad & dsvgrad, with their off set...

Copy value from punto Essesse or abarth

But just some versions you can request more than 2560mbar...

Here in Brasil some files you can request 2750mbar

I have access to one gradient map and I managed to scale the sensor in the intake manifold but it did not show more than 2580 mbar.
Could you direct me to the rest of the required maps for conversion? Or check my bin?

There are maximum pressure value maps (besides the gradient / offset maps for map&boost) for both the map & boost sensors, you need to raise them from 2550mbar to 3000mbar as well.

Overspeed unfortunately my actions did not achieve the assumed goal.
If you can look, I'll be thankful Smiley

Using the addresses above, I scaled the voltage values of the new sensors, the singles were raised:
"PSRMX" A434E 2600 to 3000
"PSREMX" 9C648 2500 to 3000
"PVDEMX" 9C640 2500 to 3000
A 3000 mbar measurement of the inlet sensor has been achieved. The intake manifold sensor still shows a maximum of 2560 mbar.
Are there any other limiters that need to be raised? Sensors log in attachment.

Mamba10, could you determine how many maximum pressure maps are there that need to be raised? the ones I picked up weren't enough as you can see in the log: /

Or maybe the value you're logging for psr is capped at 2559 in the diagnostic system you're using to log. Does it go lean and fuel trims go nuts above 2550 or does everything seem normal? if it's all normal, then it could just be a logging limitation

I have no logs because I have a boost gauge (makes things easier)

I will try to log the parameters using another device because I did not take it into account.
The topic of fuel just puzzles me because the mixture is too rich on the new sensors, I had to make a correction after which the AFR is okay.
Fuel changes can mean something Huh

you've raised the ones that i meant yes. What IamwhoIam writes is correct, you won't see figures over 2559mbar when logging the map sensor.

Took a quick look at your file too, what injectors are you even running? tuning for larger injectors by chopping down FKKVS by 25% is not the way, look at KRKTE. And your Maximum boost pressure (PVDXABS) is still at 2500mbar, you're not able to request more then that now (nor do you looking at the file). Also, as mentioned by someone else in this thread, i don't believe you can request anything more then 2559mbar with this ID anyway.

What pressure are you requesting? As I understood from the screenshot, 2934 is the measured pressure? Is the throttle valve open at 100%? Did you make a hack 5120?

Can't you just spend the time looking at all the differences between the 2 files if you've got them both?

Mamba10, unfortunately, in any map package I have, I did not find the KRKTE map, so I decided to cut FKKVS. I also picked up PVDXABS did not write this, excuse me.

370rx The pressure on the sensors is given externally for testing, the only modifications I have made to achieve the goal are the gradient for the two sensors, PSRMX, PSREMX, PVDMX, PVDEMX, PVDXABS

Jahko, I have an essesse file, but I don't have an extensive map list for it, and my skills don't allow me to find it myself: /
