Hello, i've closed old thread becasue i have hit 22 degrees of timing in whole range and concidered it Fixed BUT i was using my Stock MAF which was Limiting me at 1080KG/h.

Confirmed FIX Read -edit3- at the bottom of post.

Engine/Car:
BMW 4.4L N/A V8 M62B44TU Swapped in E30 Coupe with 0.5Bar Turbo:)

Now, after i replaced MAF with Nissan MAF 22680-7S000 and properly scaled it in 3.26" tube, i am oscillating around 1200-1300KG/h which is around 4.2~4.2V WOT 12 AFR.
Everything would be alright if there were no Ignition Interventions again even More than before...

Clearing things up these are my actuall settings:
1)MSR:
- NASNOT(Speed threshold for ASR prohibited due to stalling protection) = 10200 Rpm
- MDIMX(Maximum limit indicated engine torque) = 99.609(max)

2)ARMD:
- DNARAO(Engine speed hysteresis for anti-jerk function active) = 10200 Rpm
- NARA(Engine speed threshold for anti surge function) = 7000 Rpm
- TMAR(no explanation in FR) = 143*C
- DMDAROG(Upper threshold for torque intervention) = 100 whole map

3)MAF Sensor Settings:
- MLMAX(Maximum air-quantity for load calculation) = 2000Kg/h
- KFMLDMX(Air mass flow threshold for max. failure) = 2000Kg/h
- RLVMXN(Maximum volumetric flow with open throttle valve) = above 2000rpm = 191.250

4)KFZ Ignition Maps:
- KFZW1/2(Ignition map part load variant 1/2) = max ignition at 25" at wot.
- KFZWOP1/2(Optimum ignition angle 1/2) = max ignition at 27" at wot.
- KFZWVL(Full-load ignition characteristic map) = above 2500 Rpm 25".
- KFZWMN(Map for minimal ignition angle) = above 2500 Rpm 25".
- KFZWKS(Ignition angle map for knock protection) = above 2500 Rpm 25".

5)Engine Torque maps:
- TMNSMN(Engine temperature limit (for post-start torque increase)) = -48*C
- TANSMN(Intake air temperature limit (for post-start torque increase)) = -48*C
- KFMIZUOF(Maximum permitted indicated set torque for torque limitation) = 99.609
- KFMIZUFIL(Maximum permitted indicated set torque for torque limitation before Filter) = 99.61
- MIHGSLG(Torque limiting for protection of manually shifted transmission) = 99.609

6)KFMIRL & KFMIOP & KFPED
Last run: did experiment like that:
KFPED 100% = 100.
KFMIRL 100 = 100.
KFMIOP 100 = 80%.
KFMIOP 120 = 95%.

Output at WOT 3 gear:
Load 90%
AFR 12.0
RPM+-4500
Ignition Timing Around 5 to 10 Degrees!
Boost 0.5Bar

So looks like my Filling can't pass 90% which is around 110 Load ?.

Also followed tutorial about KFMIRL/KFMIOP maps did this:
"increase the 100% throttle of kfmirl to 232 and the axis for KFMIOP to 200 and 94%. as well as KFMIZUOF and KFMIZUFIL to 99%." Ignition interventions still appearing with those settings.

I can log 4 Knock sensor but they are useless with that degree of Timing, they oscillate like 0-8V which is nothing. I've had like 40V without Turbo at WOT. Also no spikes.

Looking for any tip/help.

Today played with KFMIRL,KFMIOP,KFPED maps.
Requested 110(stock) in KFPED.
KFMIRL is 100 (x axis max) and values are around 130 Cylinder Filling
KFMIOP is 120 (x axis max) and values are around 95% Load

When i do LOG i am maxing 80% Load which in KFMIOP map is around 110 Cylinder Filling. Tried to Trick map, request more/less does nothing, still land in 110 Cylinder Filling max.
Any idea how to pass 110 ?

First of Underscaled Nissan MAF which max at 4.3V was 1300KG/h, i've underscaled it to equal Stock 4.3V is now 800KG/h. Everything still works just had to increase Fueling(KRKTE).
Disabled MIL becasue 4 unnecessary errors were here (Disabled to be Sure if they dont collide). After that i noticed my Ignition Random jumped like 21 once, then 13, then 10 etc.etc. Disabled Knock Function by entering LOAD 100+, After that i can put any Ignition i Want and i can see Engine using it. Anything above 16 so Far gives me Knocks, I will decrease untill no Knock occur and then Re-Enable whole function again. ~ Confirmed. Everything works now, Knock Threesholds have to be raised a bit.
