Hiya would it be possible at all if some one could please turn my immobilizer off please

I also have a dtc for a P0444 which is the Evap emission please

ive had the secondary air pump turned off and something else previously.

my car is up and running. im not looking for a tune or anything. this is just to get my car on the road and for the imobiliser to prevent further problems down the line.
