Short long story. Two stock 2.7TT(ARE and BEL) with K04 and TT 386cc inectors.
When I try to get some boost 1.3-1.4 bar I get missfire. I hold it about 0.75-0.8 lambda
Spark plugs new are from RS4 NGK 7Q , coils have about 10-15k
Do I need to play with spark plug gap or something else?
I never have much problem on 1.8T with missfire, even with older plugs and coils. So I don't understand why these two 2.7 make such problem.
Also with some other stock 2.7 I have some missfire, like the parts(plugs and coils) need to be in better condition than on 1.8T with same HP per cil.

You dont need expensive spark plugs on the 2.7t motors , The motor is happy with cheap NGK BKR7E copper plugs gapped at 24 thou, if you are running any kind of higher boost.

Coil problem, strange, on both engine coils fail after I put more boost. After that even on stock boost they make missfire
I am putting NGK U5013 on both engines.

What coils are you running, tfsi ? Btw rs6 coils have bigger heatsinks and coils than tfsi coils afaik, if you wanna give em a go.

If the coils are TFSI converted then the dwell time needs adjusting, otherwise the coils will blow very fast, as the dwell time is almost double that it should be.
