Hi there,

I think its time for a new thread.

The Euro-S4 is really strange to understand.
I find maps by comparing and searching with existing csv and xdf of m and g boxes.

strange are a lot of things dont seem to be right.:

- LDRXN (1d878) seems to be the same values as LDRXNZK (1d8ba)

That doesnt make sence, does it?

Also the Ignition maps through the bank are kompletely different to the e.g. M, or G-Box. heavy negative angles at low rpm...
There are several things that i saw. Ill will post more after more research.

Anyone worked out some things on the euro ecus?

I hope, I m not the only interested in understanding this.

honestly i think you are wasting your time...  i'm not trying to discourage you, but i really doubt there's much difference from a m-box tune...

I found several constants and maps so far, and its all in a progress, but some maps and constnts are really hard to find out.

As you say, there are many differences. Im working with a g-box csv, a f-box csv, and a m-box xdf... by comparing them alltogether I try to figure out the dbox stuff Smiley

So it might be sens?#* to jump on to the m-box file and stop d-box stuf?

Would the d-box work with the m-box file by only coding out rear O2 and flashing it? Or might there be other issues?

Here's what you do:
1)  emissions modifications you wish to do
2)  the MAF sensor you are using, Bosch / Hitachi
3)  misc. modifications you may have done

Take the stock m-box with No-Lift / Anti-Lag and code in the above stuff.  Write it to your car and bam its done, assuming the checksum is correct.
Its seriously that easy...  What turbos are you on?  Maybe you should check out the Notorious VR Stage 2+ tune.

Well I was not sure, if the d-box- hardware could manage the m box bin. But I know its also 1024-size...

At the moment I am driving all stock. But K04's are lying in my garage Smiley

But everything at its time.

First I want to be fit in remapping on my own. Thats because I didnt feel comfortable, when i asked a tuner of remapping, and I heard from what he said, that he doesnt have a clue of anything Cheesy.

I want to tune the stock setup a bit.

As you mentioned, I have Bosch MAF and no second lambdas. EGT-BTS is what I still want to have as security for our Autobahn Cheesy

But Im wondering why the Ign. maps at my model were lot more calm in some areas?!

-----------------
ANd now I ssem to know why there are the differences in the tables in timing and load etc..

Load is higher for the 15hp more and because of the higher load, the timing had to be more calm..

The M-box S4 has only 250hp Cheesy didnt know that yet. The euro mod has 265hp (Dbox)
