Hi to all.  Smiley
Here goes my first post.
Nice forum with interesting people and topics here.
It is a pleasure to see, that other also works on the ME7 ERCOS and share their experience and knowledge.

I drive a black 08/2001 RS4 B5 with 639PS / 750Nm and 1,9 Bar overboost / 1,75 Bar holdboost on a 551K ECU.
In 6th gear the car runs 318 Km/h (GPS) at 7.400 rpm into engine speed limiter.
The car runs at 3,9 seconds from 0 to 100 and 7,1 seconds from 100 to 200 Km/h.

Here is the setup of my car

2,8 L Stroker
Pauter Rods
82,5mm REC forged pistons with a 8,0:1 compression and NPC piston rings
630ccm Siemens Deka with a 4 Bar pressure regulator
self made MAF with a 90mm inner diameter
Wagner exhaust manifold
LOBA 750 turbos with 60mm pipework
modified 60mm pressure pipes
Bailey Motorsport Alloy blow-off valves
70mm downpipes with 100 cel cats, without precats
2x 65mm ABT exhaust
Enhanced modified oil pump
Wagner intercoolers
Cams from Cat Cams
Supertech Exhaust valves
Gates Blue Racing timingbelt
Lightweight flywheel with sinter clutch from ZF Sachs Race Engineering (SRE)
044 Bosch Motorsport intank fuelpump and a front fuel catchtank with a second Pierburg racing pump
H&R swaybars
Bilstein B16 PSS9 suspension
AWE Tuning Drive Train Stabilizer
RS4 B7 9x19 ET29 wheels with 255/30 19 91Y
RS4 B7 8-piston brakes with 365mm discs, steel braided brake lines and blueRacing brake fluid

The car runs with self-made Software made over the years, written with WinOLS and flashed with Galetto 1260.
I have additional self written code for Anti Lag and no Lift Shift functions implemented in the ECU.
There is also code for Software switching whitch was indicated by a flashing EPCL LED in the cluster instrument.

The car runs with 1,9bar of boost.

It is not my all day car.
I use it only at the weekend to have a little bit fun.

Hi. What ignition angle do you run at WOT at boost? And what AFR at this point? Or can you post logs graphs of boost ramp, ingnition angle, wg DC...?  i have the similar setup
http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=2757.0title=
and I want to make a system comparision. Especially for compare the difference in the response of the system to different CR and different turbos.
