Let me introduce myself as the owner of a 2003 RS6 C5 which has undergone an engine overhaul and technical modifications to harness the power of this car
Turbo TTE650 new
Swap Wagner
Automatic gearbox strengthen
Exhaust without catas
Lambda probe new
EGT new
Walbro 450 pressure base fuel pump and AEN high pressure fuel pump
But I am still with the original injectors that I want to change by DEKA IV 630 CC
I have read all the discussions on Hack 5120 and Nubcake's for its RS6 where I have the same software version at ECU level but I am with an original version.

If I understood correctly, should the original boost pressure sensors be changed to 4 or 5 bar versions?
Then you need to edit the tables in the ECU board that I originally have and share with you.
Nevertheless I have a doubt about the list of tables, because I have the DAMOS specific to my software version of the computer of my car and I have already carried out an E85 map and identify the values ​​which allow me to remove the DTCs or ' activated the LAMBDA or secondary air box which works very well.
However do you have a table and value list to change to do a 5120 HACK on a car like mine and what sensor I need to buy to make this modification to take advantage of the setup.
Can you tell me if I change the injectors with DEKA 630CC that she table I have to change and the values.

Learn to search forum, or you will not get very far.
They are not stable below 1.5ms, you will have misfires and engine running like shit on idle, even if initially it is OK after 1 year or so it will start to get progressively worse.

They are also non-linear and really annoying to tune.

I don't know why you would use 30 year old technology when much better injectors are available, that have none of these issues.
Use Bosch EV14.

EV14's are available with EV1(jetronic) connections.

Franck please dont post every single question.
Forget about the 5120 hack and the e85 for now.

Start with the small things and do one step after another.
I guess english language is bit of a problem for a french guy.
People in here can be patient and help alot but not if you ask to be spoon fed.

But at first learn how to use the me7logger and do some stock car/stock file logging:
Do the logs without N75 because of your already changed turbos. Is your car already mapped by a professional?
Then try to implement the new injectors.
Then do some more logging with the new injectors
Learn how to read the logs and how to compare stock and new log with ecuxplot.

You can start with stock car and 5120hack too but you should only change one thing at a time.
Either the map sensor or the injectors.
Always log to review what you just changed

Yes the map: Audi RS6 4.2 V8 450CV STAGE1 POP & BANG LAMBDA OFF CHKS OK.dat and E85 flexfuel

To the answer: Make the logs without N75 because of your already changed turbos.

I have to disconnect the cable from the ecu to do the log tests or do I have to do some other technical manipulation with the hoses which are connected to the N75 ?

If your cars software is matching the current hardware there is no need to unplug the n75 connector.
I thought the upgrade turbos were added lately and the car is on stock software.
