Hi,

i've put a sockel on the M3.8.2 from a 1.8T with AEB.
With the original 27c210 in the soldered sockel everything works.

So i've read the 27c210 with the GQ-4x4 programmer and wrote it to a M28F102 flash but it doesn't work -> Car is not starting and even Diagnostics doesn't work.

If i read the written file from the M28F102 and compares it with the read from 27c210 everything is equal!

Do i have to write it with any offset?

Any Ideas?

Hi, have you tried to measure the Voltage on Pin 2(Vpp) on powerd up ecu? this should be less than 6,5V to ensure the M28F102 is in read only mode.

Be sure you do not have china knockoffs, I personally use CAT28F102N chips
