So I have changed also:
  Intake mainfolds with gaskets
  New turbo with actuator

But problem still remains. When I cycle ignition when driving, I can restore power till I release accelerator pedal. Than again limp mode, without fault. If I start car, drive it slowly not going more than 2000rpm, till highway, I will get limpmode again without any hard acceleration.

I was wondering about EGT 1 which is between turbo and exhaust on idle it shows about 200C, is it normal that low exhaust gas temperature?

All your DTC are disabled. Probably EGR/DPF done with Ecusafe or other similar "solution" that just deletes all DTC.
Remove this shit remap and flash original file, and you will know what the problem is.

Not all Faults are disabled, if I unplug sensors or motors I still get Faults.

But will try to find somoen who will restore all faults.
