Forgive the noob a bit I can not work out what memory map I need for the flash in my ECU (0343445002)

This is from a 2005 Audi A4 with BFB engine

Peel the sticker off the chip and the info you need will be etched into the chip.

just try the different sizes in nefmoto software would be a self-solution
or
just google the part number of your ecu and find nefmoto posts with 1024kb filesize = 800bb
or
take the sticker off
or
just know that this is a very modern and late me7.5 which means 1024kb = 800bb

some of the 800xx will work

Thanks have tried, looks like it's on the cusp and too new maybe.
