Nefmoto stops after 1% while flashing, any suggestions?

Running Windows 7 Pro 32bit
Using Ross Tech VCDS drivers and original VCDS cable.
Audi A6 2.7T 2001 (250HK version)
Well I have now tried 2 chiness cables and 1 original VCDS cable but the same thing happens.
The flashing is stuck after 1%, and then nothing happens for a long time and then it times out.
ECU is still working fine but I just can't seem to flash it more then 1%.
I have attached a copy of the status window and the log file.
I have unchecked intelligent boot mode in VCDS.

So a quick update.
Turns out my ECU has been crypto socketed by MTM.
Arg!!
So that explains my problems.
