Different bins for different areas?

Here is my dumb question.... Say you have an AWP.. And you live in Cali. Does your car have a different program than the other 49, because of emissions crap? Does a US AWP have a different program than another country? Canada? Europe? Just remember... There are NO dumb questions.. Just dumb people asking them...

Yes the "same" cars came with diffrently tuned maps in the world. Not sure if its different from each state but its diffrent from EU to US atleast because the US have "not as good" petrol as in the EU.
