Does anyone know how or what can obd read and write the me7.9.5 ecu need to tune a Citroen c1

sorry for the extremely late reply..
Fgtech with FW 0475 can write full flash thru OBD2
But reading by obd2 not supported
So you will need to get the ori file by bootmode or VR
