The file for VW Passat 1.8t 2004. And I'm looking for KFDLULS.
Would be great, If someone could help me finding the map.

Anybody have a suggestion for an xdf to use for a starting place for developing an xdf for this box?

Try 1F297 to 1F2D6

Don't try this.
At this place is map for desired throttle position at start-up depends on engine temperature and baro pressure ;-)
