there is a Volkswagen Touareg  with a motor from golf 4 vr5 2.3 l 066906032AK . how to reduce fuel consumption by impoverishing the fuel mixture from 1 to 14.7 to a mixture of 1 to 16.5 ? When the engine is running without STFT, when the mixture of 1 to 16.5 was set up with gas equipment, the fuel consumption dropped from 11 liters to 9 liters per 100 km. how to write a fuel mixture of 1 to 16.5 instead of 14.7 in the engine firmware ?

I don't see the desire to do any sort of "economic" tuning.. Factory flash is most often plenty economic. 1:1 stoich for most situations, enrichening and leaning of the mixture when necessary.

just the same, no. having the ability to adjust the fuel mixture using gas equipment, I achieved a record fuel consumption for a large four-wheel drive SUV of 8.7 liters of propane gas per 100 km. and this record was achieved only on a mixture of 1 to 16.75-16.7, which I observed on the indicator of a broadband oxygen sensor. With standard engine operation on a mixture of 1 to 14.7 , the Tuareg consumes 10.5-11 liters of gas per 100 km . How can I change the working fuel mixture in the firmware? where can I find a limiter limiting the fuel mixture to unit 14.7 ?

the problem is to find a limiter that does not allow you to make a fuel mixture of more than 1 to 14.7. They say that this is a limitation in the firmware code

in our country , the price of propane gas is 2 times lower than for diesel fuel . on a fuel mixture of 1 to 16.7 , I achieved a consumption on a Volkswagen Touareg1 with large 33-inch wheels of 8.7 liters of gas per 100 km. this is equivalent to 4.4 liters of diesel fuel per 100 km. therefore, it is very advantageous to make a working mixture of 16.7 in the firmware on economical driving modes

No wideband, no chance to regulate other value then 14,7:1. Take a look how such normal "jump" lambda sensor is working.

You can make a trick and install a wideband controller with programmable output, e.g. innovate LC2 or also other. Then use this output instead to normal lambda sensor input and manipulate value to your desired value. Anyway you will get a constant offset, but for ecu it´s still Lambda = 1.

None of that is needed. The narrowband can see a lot more than just 14.7.
Just by changing the switch point voltage you can go to 16.xx AFR.

But you still need a wideband to see where you are with the mixture.

  I have both a wide-field oxygen sensor and a second simple one. I need a mixture of 16.6 only in the range of 1000-2300 rpm and when the gas pedal is pressed no more than 30% , so there is no way to do without flashing the ECU. Because in other ranges of engine work, valves burn on such a mixture

  my ECU has both a wideband and a simple oxygen sensor. The adjusters say it is necessary to disassemble the code in the firmware so that there is no restriction of the mixture in 1 to 14.7 in the firmware , and then I was able to prescribe a mixture of 1k 16.6 . Is this so? , or is there a simpler method

Yes and no simpler method.
Also in case of LPG you are not going to burn anything by running lean. Further away from stoich burns colder not hotter.
Might need to adjust timing a little though.

It is so, and if you not gonna do it by yourself, you need to pay someone on here to do the "hard" part.

Really though if you want to be economical in a touareg you wouldnt have used a gas guzzler design mpi VR5 in it IMO.
