This is a common error on the b5, you just need to wiggle connector and clear codes. It happens when you move the seats around, its very sensitive.

thank you, yes I had changed the resoldered connections (perhaps my welds are too coarse are resisting?) I manage to erase it well but it comes back after 4/5 start-up. I will recommend other resistors. I was told 2.2ohms??

I have to go back to the vcds to check the values. But for now I have my head in ols for stage1 and E85. 1 thing at a time for my little brain

did you end up solving the issue the way you described? I clicked to basically say the same exact thing @Blazius said however he beat me to it.

hello, no I even ended up soldering the wires directly and removing the connectors. I also have the famous code 65535. sometimes I manage to erase the crash data. but the seer always returns.

is it possible to recode the aibag? if I change the code in vcds coding I get the error "computer badly coded" I have many resistance values too high seats and belts. but always come back '65635 intermittent'. I did not find the access code or secure access . I have 8D0959655J. erasing data crash / memory does not work.
